Here is some lovely feedback kindly given by Giovanna Mauri of Italy:
The book offers an holistic approach for those living with endometriosis, PMS,
and associated symptoms. It wants to be a guide to the process of getting better, involving all the patient’s mental
and family circumstances rather than just dealing with the condition from which the person is suffering.
The author declares in the brief intro and in other following passages
of the book that the content is based on her personal experience of living with Endometriosis (Endo). She
underlines the importance of learning to be positive and to share your own experience.
The method of the experience is the way that Tammy Lorraine Majchrzak
points out.
The experience concerns, facts,
circumstances, happenings that belong to the single person and if it becomes self-consciousness and is put into pen can be shared and experienced by others. Tammy Majchrzak had the courage, the energy, the passion, the confidence to put her experience in writing
and in this way she helps women, who read the book, to confront and change their behaviour and mentality regarding their health
problems and consequently to find their balance.
I am very interested in natural and alternative therapies and I personally find
her experience a great encouragement. The book is
full of practical suggestions, advice and knowledge that can meet the expectations of many women with or without Endo.
In this sense, On this base, I am very grateful for the work that Tammy Majchrzak did, is doing, and will do
for every woman.
