When we connect with our Spirit Guides there is a feeling of "coming home", of a deep spiritual connection, we suddenly feel complete and secure. Our Guides are there to support us, guide us and advise us through many areas of our life, be it emotionally, physical healing, or just as a guide to guide us and direct us through troubled times that we may experience.
Your Guide is always with you. They only ask that they be acknowledged. There may be sensations that you feel whilst meditation, or an enegy you feel that you are unsure of. This is often your Guide trying to make a connection with you. Many go through life never wanting to explore this connection and so their Guides never connect fully with them and are not able to do more for them.
